It got a activated lifetime subscription (no monthly fees, ever!)
As well as it is a "Special Collector's Serial", which means that you will have three special cloaks (not that bad stats either) every time you create a new character.
There is a level 34 Man Champion on the server of Laurelin [EUROPE].

He lives on the realm of Aerie Peak @ European Servers
If you want the cash to another PvE-realm, it's no problem.
You just have to pay for the character migration to whichever server you are playing on.
But it has to be a PvE @ European Server, as it's not possible to migrate from PvE into PvP.
It's also possible for you to get the money, even as a alliance player.
